By joining the Collie waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Waitlist and Beta Access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Collie's beta program. Beta access will be granted on a rolling basis, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility.
3. Use of Service
When Collie becomes available, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Collie are owned by Collie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Collie is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no warranties about the service's reliability, availability, or accuracy. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Collie.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify waitlist members of any significant changes.
